It's Dip time again! 

Once registered you will receive all the information you will need for the day including the location. 

Bring a warm drink for afters!
 

THE PLAN

Meeting at the beach 9:30am 

The Not Raining plan

- gather on the grass left of the carpark.

- warm up and stretch

- change into towel/robe

- Walkdown the slipway

- Dip

- Return Dry off

- Feel fantastic

- If dry, picnic!

Rain Plan

- Wait in Car or undercover or under brollies!

- Check water conditions

- Wait for person in high vis dancing on the sea wall.

- Thats the signal to change in to towel/robe

- Join her on the sea wall and head down together

- Dip

- Feel alive

- Dry off get warm!

- Head to the pub!

Lightening and Thunderstorm

- We wont dip. There has to be 60+ seconds between lightening and thunder to be sure it's safe to enter the water.
